Can I put my Rufus & You products to the washer and dryer?

We recommend that you hand wash + and air dry them. However, we use materials that are super easy to clean, so some warm water and soap should do the trick.

Can I return my packages/get a refund?

Yes. We offer 14 days from the day you receive our goods to get a full refund on your purchase, and 30 days if you need a size change. Find more information here: return & exchange.

How long will it take to ship my products?

Our current processing time is between 1 and 3 days. We will notify you via e-mail once your order has been shipped, and after that you are able to keep track of it.

How can my dog be featured on your Instagram page?

Send us a photo of your pup wearing our products, tag us, or use #rufusandyou under your posts.

Will you have more collections in the future?

Absolutely. We are constantly working on new designs, and ideas to expand the brand. 

What companies do yo use for shipping?

We ship with GLS within the EU, and with DHL outside of it. More info about shipping rates here: shipping.
