We offer 14 days from the day you receive our goods to get a full refund on your purchase. However, the products must be unworn/unwashed/hair free and as we are a very small business, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping.

Wrong size?

It is essential that you measure your pup correctly before purchasing a harness or a collar. But if you receive these items and they do not fit, not a problem. We are happy to exchange them for another size or issue a refund within 30 days you receive our package. However, the products must be unworn/unwashed/hair free and as we are a very small business, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping.

Received a faulty item?

In case you receive a faulty item, we will replace that with a new one. The return shipping will be payed by us.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days, depending on your banking service.
